HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 989 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
