HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Seattle. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
