HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Amber Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
