HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wren Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
