HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Union Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
