HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
