HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
