HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Clear Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
