HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Savannah. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
