HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Rowan Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
