HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Northwind Clear Freight is a Savannah logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
