HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Summit Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Savannah area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
