HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities Partners is a facilities company in Savannah with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
