HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
