HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Summit Field Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
