HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Summit Housing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
