HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
