HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
