HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Meridian Facilities looks after properties across the San Jose region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
