HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Umber Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
