HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Ridge Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
