HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Linden Legal Group is a San Jose practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
