HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Summit Clear Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
