HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Linden Health Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
