HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Pine Property Management is a San Diego property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
