HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Yarrow Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in San Diego focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
