HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Nova Harbor Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
