HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Drift Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
