HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Bridge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
