HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Fernwood Vista Staffing places workers with employers around San Diego, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
