HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
