HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Stone Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
