HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Maple Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
