HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Summit Haven Financial serves customers across San Diego with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
