HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Diego, CA)

Bright Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in San Diego producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
