HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Glen Energy is an energy provider in San Antonio focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
