HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Cobalt Construction Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
