HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Mill Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of San Antonio. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
