HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield Nest Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on capital projects. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
