HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Amber Press is a printer and publisher in San Antonio serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
