HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Forge Health Partners is a healthcare provider in San Antonio with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
