HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight North Auto Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
