HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Stone Freight and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
