HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone North Community Partners is a nonprofit in San Antonio supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
