HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
