HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Bright Pine Community Partners is a San Antonio charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
