HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Fern Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on manager coaching for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
