HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Drift Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
