HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meadow Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be manager coaching. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
