HR Business Partner - manager coaching (San Antonio, TX)

Cedar Nest Staffing connects candidates and employers across the San Antonio region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on manager coaching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
